/about
At 17, I went through a difficult year with my own mental health. Years later, I turned that experience into Mindnosis, a self-assessment kit built to help people understand what they're going through and where to find support, without the friction and stigma that usually come with asking for help.
Mindnosis started as my MA project at Central Saint Martins in 2015. It won a Creative Conscience Award and was featured by Dezeen. That recognition led to years of research and creative facilitation work with organisations including Mind in Camden, NSUN, and NHS trusts across London, all exploring how design can support recovery, participation and communication.
I've kept this practice running since 2016, alongside a separate career in product and service design. I'm trained in Mental Health First Aid and Counselling Skills, and I take the responsibility of this work seriously.
Alongside this, I also do UX consulting and product design.
