Emotional distress first action.

Mindnosis — emotional distress first action. Tools and peer support designed by people who have been there.

A social enterprise driven by people with lived experience of emotional distress. We design tools and peer support to share the things we have learnt. Our aim is to use our journeys to help you thrive with good mental health.

Two strands work together — non-stigmatising, self-empowering, cost-efficient, and building healthier communities.

I'm Sara, a designer, researcher and facilitator who follows curiosity into the parts of being human that are harder to talk about.

Mindnosis is my self-initiated practice blending design and wellbeing since 2016 — tools, toolkits and workshops made from curiosity and lived experience, not a client brief.

Curious, or want to run a workshop together? Workshops and tailored sessions are available to book.
